Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
A: Please allow up to 24 to 72 hours for processing (depending the availability of the product). Once your order has been processed and shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 3-7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 1-3 weeks depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. (((Orders can be partially shipped)))
Q: CAN I RETURN or EXCHANGE?

We allow "1" exchange per order. You may return your exchange to It's Our Journey, PO Box 3872, Hallandale, FL 33008. Please include your original invoice, a note with the name on the order, the size you currently have, and the size you are requesting. POLICY: All exchange request (Waist Trainers/Size ONLY) must be post marked to ship within 48 Hours from the date/time of your receipt (delivery confirmation verified by tracking). Product(s) must be in original packaging in "Like New" condition (per our discretion) or the exchange will not be accepted!

Q: WHAT IF MY EXCHANGE IS DENIED?
A: You will be given the opportunity to pay a $10 S&H fee to have the item(s) returned to you. The item(s) will be held in our exchange department for 15 days, before they are discarded of.
Q: WHAT IF I NEED A 2ND EXCHANGE?
A: We offer "1" FREE exchange per order! If a 2nd exchange is needed, there will be a $15 reprocessing assessed (Max: 2 Exchanges).
Q: IF AN ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN AFTER DELIVERY?
A: Once a shipped order has been confirmed "Delivered" per tracking notification by the United States Postal Service, It's Our Journey LLC shall not be held responsible or liable for any lost or stolen products.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ORDER IS RETURNED TO THE COMPANY BY USPS?

If your order is being returned to It's Our Journey LLC due to company error, we will re-ship the order at no cost to the customer. If the order is returned due to customer error, with no fault of the company (Ex: Wrong Address, etc..), we will not be held liable for the return, or the time it takes to be received. The customer is responsible for shipping fees to have the order reshipped.
